  • Long articles (more depth)

  • Fewer pictures

  • Plain front page (lacks colour)

  • Content is political, serious and intellectual

  • Facts and figures give articles a well-researched and trustworthy tone

  • Colours used to represent parties/political views

  • Separate insert for soft news

  • ABC1 demographic - higher social grouping
